We meet at 9:00 a.m. on the 2nd Wednesday of every month.

This is a "hands-on" ministry that provides quilts, bandages, cards, linens, soaps, baby items, layettes, clothing, and much more for distribution to the needy at home and overseas, as well as to missionaries.

MOPS stands for Mothers of Preschoolers. The purpose of MOPS is to nurture every mother of preschoolers by meeting her distinct needs to the glory of Jesus Christ.

Join the Adventure!  The MOPS International theme for 2008-09 is Adventures in Mothering. This theme equips moms to learn more about themselves as they go through the adventure of motherhood. We will celebrate and embrace the fun in the experiences, even in the midst of daily mom life that stretches us emotionally and spiritually. The metaphor for Adventures in Mothering is an amusement park. With the sights, sounds, tastes and smells of the amusement park, motherhood might feel like a sensory overload. But we will enjoy this together and learn more about ourselves as women, moms and leaders.

The theme verse for Adventures in Mothering is Ephesians 3:18: “…how wide and long and high and deep is the love of Christ.” The dimensions of this verse express how God is with us in our mothering adventure. As the year unfolds, we will examine the practical aspects of the theme and then move toward spiritual truth. The knowledge that God is with us on the mothering adventure gives hope. God’s love is big enough for the magnitude of the adventure!

• Experiencing God's love through relationships and resources.

We are done for the Summer, but we will start back up again in September! We meet the 2nd and 4th Tuesday each month. Child care from birth through kindergarten is provided. Call the church with any questions.

As we welcome new babies into our Church Family, our purpose is to show support and encouragement to the new mom, acquaint them with the opportunities within Women's Ministry.
