Women of the Word

Choose to be part of the morning (WOW) or the evening (WOWE) Bible study. We meet Wednesdays from 9:00-11:00 a.m. and 6:00-8:00 p.m. (September - May).

Come for a relaxed time of sharing God's Word and fellowship. You will be blessed!

A new study begins each semester.

White Cross

We meet at 9:00 a.m. on the 2nd Wednesday of every month.

This is a "hands-on" ministry that provides quilts, bandages, cards, linens, soaps, baby items, layettes, clothing, and much more for distribution to the needy at home and overseas, as well as to missionaries.

MOPS

MOPS stands for Mothers of Preschoolers. The purpose of MOPS is to nurture every mother of preschoolers by meeting her distinct needs to the glory of Jesus Christ.

MOPS International theme for 2009-2010 is Together on Planet Mom. The foundation of being Together on Planet Mom is that God is with us and we are created for relationship with him and each other. We are created to "do life" together. The more we draw together in community, the better we are able to thrive as women and moms. This life together is underlined in our theme verse for the year, where Jesus promises: "For where two or three come together ... there am I with them." (Matthew 18:20)

We will start back up again on September 8th! We meet the 2nd and 4th Tuesday each month. Child care from birth through kindergarten is provided. Call the church with any questions.

Precious Lambs

As we welcome new babies into our Church Family, our purpose is to show support and encouragement to the new mom, acquaint them with the opportunities within Women's Ministry.

Covered in His Love

Covered in His Love is a ministry devoted to sharing God's love through the giving of fleece blankets to our church's hospitalized, military, the homeless around the Quad Cities, and to wounded military through the Soldier's Angel Program out of California. We meet once a month, on the fourth Thursday of each month at 6:30 PM to fellowship and make fleece blankets which are then distributed to one of the above groups. We take cash donations to help defray the cost of the fleece; but a donation is not necessary in order join us in making the blankets.
