Fondest Childhood Memory: So many to choose
from, but I will never forget playing with the first
and, to date, the only Davenport North varsity football
team to beat the Bettendorf Bulldogs. I’ve also been
privileged to sing with some of the greatest choirs I’ve
ever heard, including the University Singers and Varsity
Men’s Chorus at University of Nebraska, and the Iowa
All-State Choir.
Something most people don't know about me: At
age 19, I left school and home to be the lead tenor for
a Christian vocal quartet that gave concerts nationwide.
The group was called “Eternity”; and looking back, it
was evident God used that experience to prepare me for
my job at First Free.
What I like to do on my day off: My “honey do”
list is long, so the phrase “day off” is relative.
Usually they are filled with home projects, car projects
(one of these days I’ll get my Corvette running again),
and spending time with my wife. |
